Dieser historische Backsteinbau war zu seiner Erbauung Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts eine Goldleistenfabrik und ist wie viele andere Gewerbehöfe Teil des Gründerviertels. Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden welche mittlerweile unter Denkmalschutz stehen.
