Der „Curve-Campus“ wurde im Jahr 2009 als Hauptsitz des früheren deutschen Solarmodulherstellers Solon SE fertiggestellt und bis zur Insolvenz 2011 genutzt.Das Areal verfügt über 40.131 m2 Grundstücksfläche, die vermietbare Fläche beträgt 26.134 m2. Die Stirnseite des Objekts ist eines der architektonischen Highlights. Dort verjüngt sich die Fassade in südöstlicher Richtung, die energetisch optimierte Konstruktion aus viel Glas, Tannenholz und Cortenstahl ist markant und bietet einen hervorragenden Kälte- und Hitzeschutz. Die Flächenaufteilung bietet eine flexible Raumgestaltung, zentrale Versorgungsinseln mit Sanitäranlagen, Garderoben und Küchen.

The "Curve Campus" was completed in 2009 as the headquarters of the former German solar module manufacturer Solon SE and was used until its insolvency in 2011.The site has 40,131 m2 of land area, and the leasable area is 26,134 m2. The front side of the property is one of the architectural highlights. There, the façade tapers in a southeasterly direction. The energy-optimized construction made of a lot of glass, fir wood and Corten steel is striking and offers excellent protection against cold and heat. The floor plan offers a flexible room layout, central supply islands with sanitary facilities, checkrooms and kitchens.

Lage:

Der Campus ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden. Zum Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg sind es mit dem Auto nur rund 12 Minuten. Der Berliner Ostbahnhof ist mit dem ÖPNV in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, die Bundestautobahn A 113 nur rund drei Kilometer.

The campus is very well connected in terms of transport. Berlin-Brandenburg Airport is only about 12 minutes away by car. Berlin's Ostbahnhof train station can be reached in 20 minutes by public transportation, and the A 113 federal highway is only about three kilometers away.
